Individual psychotherapy that makes room for your whole story.
You do not need to arrive with everything understood. Together, we can slow down, notice what is asking for attention, and build practical ways of moving through life with more clarity and self-trust.
Areas of support
What we can explore
- Anxiety, overwhelm, and low mood
- Grief, loss, and life transitions
- Self-esteem, identity, and belonging
- Immigration and cultural adjustment
- Motherhood and changes in identity
- Emotional regulation and neurodivergence in adulthood
My approach
An integrative and culturally responsive approach
My work is integrative, person-centred, and culturally responsive. Depending on your needs, I may draw from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), compassion-focused therapy, somatic approaches, and multicultural practice.
Culture is not treated as a checklist or a translation. We can explore the values, relationships, language, expectations, losses, and sources of strength that shape how your experience makes sense to you.
